[request for comments] scheme bindings update

Hi Everyone,

I've checked in an initial revision of the scheme bindings into the
scheme-bindings branch. The initial revision adds Stalin Scheme
bindings and small testing framework for stalin scheme*. I've also
added mzscheme and chickenscheme bindings to the build system. No work
has been done on the chickenscheme bindings. I've been working on the
mzscheme bindings, but there is a lot missing from there.

I would really appreciate any feedback on this, and if anyone with
some spare time understands the build system I'd really appreciate
your comments (specifically on how to do mzscheme.a4 correctly).

*My original plan of using unittest didn't work since stalin scheme
does not support define-syntax, which unittest (and most other testing
frameworks) use heavily. I still plan on using unittest with the
mzscheme bindings, but they still need some more work.
