problem freeing references in perl bindings

When executed, the attached test case produce the following warning:
[guillaume@oberkampf 2.0]$ perl testcase.t
Attempt to free unreferenced scalar: SV 0xa71e80 at testcase.t line 18.

It seems to be linked with the use of eval {} blocks to trap exceptions.
