RFE: "svndumpfilter mv"

From: Aleksey Nogin <anogin_at_hrl.com>

I am currently in the process of merging several legacy repositories
(some Subversion, some CVS converted with cvs2svn, some Visual Source
Sage converted with vss2svn) together into a single one. I constantly
find myself tweaking the node paths in the dump files to get the nice
structure that I need to have in the new repository (loading the dumps
"as is" and then committing appropriate "svn mv"s is not an option for
me for a number of reasons).

It would seem that a natural solution for a problem like this would be
to add an "mv" option to svndumpfilter. Would people agree? Should I
file an issue for this RFE?

Aleksey
