Good point, though on my x86-64 desktop, it's 32. Perhaps x64
architectures have a 64 bit 'long'?

I'll bet we hard code the svn_revnum_t == 32-bit value concept
elsewhere, though I don't really mind what we do in this case as long as
the comment's clear :-)
