RFC: "svn rm $r/trunk/subversion/bindings/java/org/"

The directory tree $r/trunk/subversion/bindings/java/org/ contains
nothing more than a collection of Java interfaces, and two exceptionally
trivial Java classes.

They are entirely unused by JavaHL, as far as I can see - it compiles
happily with these files deleted.

I have a dim recollection that they were originally intended as some
skeleton API that multiple implementations of Subversion Java bindings
might all implement, in order to be swappable - however, this does not
seem to have come to pass.

Unless anyone knows of something using these files, I would like to
delete them.
