I suspect it's referring to any 'svn include <path>' / 'exclude <path>'
kind of UI - we have basic UI to set up the initial state, and we will
be providing support for any combinations of sparseness via the API, but
so far there's nothing to allow you to modify that state after an
initial checkout.
