By the way, can you look at build/win32/make_dist.py and see what may
need to be tweaked to automatically package the ruby bindings into a
zip? Probably we'll just have to tweak the big _disttree to include
the right files and then add a _make_zip call in _make_dist, unless
some other processing needs to occur.
