Thanks Lieven, good info. Unfortunately I didn't get the response before
y wrote mine.

As I see, there is a more flexible organization than I was expecting,
for a Configuration (version) Management tool ;-). You probably are
happier than us.

PS: 0+ for Michaels approach (even tough I'm sure I have voice where but
I don't have voting rights). Changelist feature is big enough to justify
a 1.4 release.

If your CCB means what I think it means (ie Change Control Board), then
the memberlist is here:

However...

The Subversion project doesn't make Planning baselines. There's a
general idea if what major features the next release will include, but
most of the implemented features are either requested through the issue
tracker or are implemented by project members (committers) or
contributers to 'scratch their itch'.
