[feature request]: svn diff of only prop changes

I have written my own equivalent of commit-email.pl and included the
option to display URLs to viewvc instead of the actual diffs. This
saves considerable clutter in the email. However, property changes
are lost when one turns off the text diff and uses only viewvc URLs
(viewvc doesn't currently interact with props AFAIK).
It would be nice if there were an option to svn diff that would show
only property changes. It would be super useful to me, but not sure
if anyone else would feel a need for it.
