Where is that a quote from? I have to say, it's entirely incorrect, in
my opinion.

As far as http is concerned, mod_dav_svn supports SVNListParentPath
already. (Though it doesn't work with mod_authz_svn, but that's just a
bug, not really a missing feature.)

As far as svnserve is concerned, a repository enumeration feature is
more or less impossible, since svnserve has no central manifest of
repositories, it merely looks for them based on the URLs it receives, as
each request is made.
