I think when we import we'll just take your latest version. But it's
too early for that. Can you just post it here and let people try it
out, report bugs, etc? I think the end result we want is to have a
consensus about which script to recommend for solving the vendor
branch problem. Right now we can't say unequivocally "use svn-load
instead of svn_load_dirs", because the new one hasn't been tested as
much as the old one.

(I'm just suggesting a course here. If anyone thinks we should
proceed a different way, please say so -- none of this is written in
stone.)
