People who are working remotely with one of our distributions and want
to look up our coding styles and learn about our coding structure or
whatever else they want from the file.

And, yes, I've found that the hacking page to be beyond useless as an
HTML file or a webpage - when I need it, I'm working with our source
code and having to switch to a web browser completely throws me off
track. So, color my comments in that light. -- justin
