This should have gone to the Subclipse users@ list, not the Subversion
dev@ list. If the svn command line works, then so will Subclipse,
provided you use the JavaHL option in the preferences (under Team ->
SVN). It sounds like you are using SVNKit. You can report this bug
to them at support@svnkit.com or on their mailing list.
