Change to /www/commercial-support.html

I am looking to submit a patch to include our site in the commercial support section of the Tigris website. Before doing so I would like to answer several questions that I have, mostly with the intention of getting the patch right first time.

1) What are the formatting rules for this page? Follow the examples as already laid out or can we submit a more interesting entry?

2) Who makes the decision as to whether our entry to this page is accepted?

3) What is the timeline for approving a change of this type?

Many thanks,
