Justin, all Malcolm did was bump the years on the places that refer to
the collective work. He didn't go change each individual file like we
did in previous years. Now it's debatable that waiting until we
actually had some significant change committed would make a change on
the collective copyright years more correct, but that's bound to
happen any time now, so I'm not sure what the objection is...

Sure, getting rid of the years in each individual file probably makes
sense, but I don't think what Malcolm did here is wrong at all...
