Awesome, thanks Stefan! I was able to reproduce the crash on trunk
and confirm that your patch fixed it.

Are there any objections to committing this patch and nominating it
for backport? I'm not a ra_dav auth expert, but it seems like we'll
need this unless/until neon exposes more of the SSPI auth workings in
some kind of new API.
