I've created a subversion 1.4.2 win32 installer with a few fixes. The
packaged binaries are from D.J. Heap's build. Given that there were
recognised problems that have been carried through for a number of versions
I am placing a preview download before the main download is made available.

Please review the installer and reply to the group as to what needs to be
fixed for this release and what can perhaps be worked on for future
