Fwd: subversion: Colon in zh_CN translation file

A Debian user has the following to say, and attaches a patch. (My
mailer can't represent the "chinese colon" he refers to, but the actual
patch should be unharmed.) I also note that his patch seems to be
reversed. His original message is at http://bugs.debian.org/397729 .
