I have:

 * checked the sums and RM sig;
 * thoroughly checked the contents of the tarballs against each other,
   1.4.1 and the branch contents;
 * checked that the contents of the deps tarball matches the 1.4.0 deps
   tarball in all but directory name (though I see the permissions are
   also ow 755 rather than 750).
 * tested {ra_local,ra_svn} x {fsfs,bdb44} on Slackware 11.0 using an
   out-of-tree APR 0.9.12 and out-of-tree Neon 0.25.5 (i.e. the versions
   in the deps tarball);
 * not tested the bindings.

I've not tested ra_dav in this cycle, but based on my earlier testing
for 1.4.1 [1], the limited changes in 1.4.1->1.4.2, and my testing
above, I'm happy to sign this for release.
