4.2 -> 4.3 was different, you actually had to take action to convert
your repositories from one to the other. svn 1.4.0 with db 4.4 takes
care of this automatically. I had a prominent install-time note in the
Debian pacakges about this issue when we went from 4.2 to 4.3, and a
README.db4.3 file, but I was able to delete all that now that I'm
compiling with db4.4.
