DJ was referring to the "uri" parameter, rather than to the
lock_receiver callback, which is used in the svn_ra_dav__get_lock()
API, which is part of the RA library's vtable.

Anyhow, sounds like this isn't more than a compilation warning, a
minor issue.

The fact that we didn't support 0.26.x in 1.4.0 seems slightly more
concerning, but since we will in 1.4.1, perhaps it's not a big deal.
