This is not possible with the current design, since there is no "master"
location that records all of the completely independent repositories. It is
also not desirable for a number of more security conscious sites (where any
given repository might only be "known" to a very small number of people).

You are free to maintain your own list of repositories and serve it up on an
intranet page.
