That should certainly be updated.

Well, since serf itself doesn't actually have any releases, it's kind
of hard for a user to install it, so we don't need docs on it yet ;-)

I believe there was some sort of OS X specific bug in BDB 4.0, but
it's been a long time, and I might be missremembering...
