Actually, that is not a problem, but the change now would break compatibility
with the way it currently works.

The SVNEDITOR/EDITOR environment variable works the other way around (what I
would claim is the correct way. See this thread and patch to the FAQ for
details: (Tail of the thread)

PS - it is unfortunate that the two settings are different but there is the
problem of compatibility that makes this a PITA to change.
