Well, I don't really know how widespread the WebDAV concept of depth
is using the WebDAV names. I had thought "depth zero" and "depth one"
and "depth infinity" *were* pretty much how the world refers to these
different depth behaviors... Or at least, that those were the closest
thing we have to standard terminology.

I can't think of anything better right now, so I'll stick with those.
But we can easily change it on the branch if we think of better words.

Much as I like "call-me-gramps", it'd be tough to justify on the
grounds of clarity... :-)
