David,

Wasn't this the last signature you needed so that you could do the
release?

Since Paul works on Windows and is a full committer I asked him to start
running the tests and send in a signature so that you would have another
sig for the Windows zip file. Normally, Paul spends his time running the
tests for our OS/400 port when a release candidate is made, which is why
he hadn't done this in the past. Clearly, we need more people providing
Windows signatures as that has been what has held up the releases.
