Remove some cruft from www/links.html

We appear to have collected quite a few links on our links page that
point to plugins or GUIs that have succumbed to a 'SourceForge syndrome'.
That is, they had an initial burst of activity and then died after a
few alpha releases.

I don't think that it's helping our users to refer them to software
that's a) incomplete, b) based on Subversion 1.0.x in many cases, and c)
not under active development, especially when there better alternatives
that _are_ being developed. (In fact, some of the links haven't even
got to the stage of producing any code at all.)

So, any objections to removing the following links?

JSVN
SCPlugin
sourcecross.org
Subway
Supervision
Svn-up
SubversionSharp

Regards,
Malcolm
