svntest and directory structure

Hi,

Am currently trying to improve the tests for the python bindings.

I see that there are functionalities (like XFail) in svntest that we
could reuse from the subversion/tests/cmdline/svntest modules.

Regarding that, I have a couple of suggestions relating to the
directory structure:
    - Move the subversion/bindings/swig/python/tests folder(and
.../swig/ruby/test, and other similar bindings test folders) to be under
subversion/test.
    - Move the subversion/tests/cmdline/svntest directory to
subversion/tests.

With Mike Haggerty's changes suggested in
http://subversion.tigris.org/servlets/ReadMsg?listName=dev&msgNo=114458,
this would be a great improvement.

I tried the mailing list archives for similar topics, but couldnt find
any. So, am mailing the list for your comments.

Regards,
Madan.
