Here is the current status of coverage for this tarball ('+' are
binding signatures, '.' are non-binding):

bdb : +++.
fsfs : ++++.

dav : ++
svn : ++++.
file : ++++.

python : +++
perl : +++
ruby : ++
javahl : .

linux : ++++
win32 : .

So, this tells us we urgently need some win32 signatures. I've pinged
sussman, and he should be getting the tests done on his side. Brane,
can you also test the win32 package?

As usual, blocking on win32 sigs :/
