yeah, but its easier to just rewrite those sections completely, instead of
trying to retain parts of it to make sense. Also, this change is not
singular. Am planning to follow it up with patches to bring doc/design
up-to-date.

/me suddenly panics : "Changing the docs would lead to bikeshed problems
more so than while changing code." ;)
