Rolling svn 1.3.2 soon.

Following the latest series of backports to the 1.3.x line, I'll be
rolling Subversion 1.3.2. I will leave 2 more hours for people to
vote/approve changes. After that, I'll merge whatever is approved and
unmerged, and get the ball rolling for the release.

So, grab your favourite editor, pick up some pending backports, and
let's get some more fixes in this coming release!
