Ruby SWIG bindings for win32

The current 1.3.1 binaries for Windows do not include the ruby swig
bindings.

I know the showstopper in the past was broken header files in Ruby.

http://subversion.tigris.org/servlets/ReadMsg?listName=dev&msgNo=99413
and more recently:
http://subversion.tigris.org/servlets/ReadMsg?listName=dev&msgNo=112555

It looks like the headers were fixed here:
http://www.ruby-lang.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/ruby/win32/win32.c.diff?r1=1.147;r2=1.148

The One-Click Ruby installer (http://rubyforge.org/projects/rubyinstaller/)
includes a VC++ built ruby 1.8.4, fixed header files and libraries.

Or for a more stripped-down win32 build (no installer):
http://www.garbagecollect.jp/ruby/mswin32/en/
(The One-Click installer is based on this)

Or, get the Ruby 1.8.4 sourcecode from CVS:
http://www.ruby-lang.org/en/20020106.html
The tag name is v1_8_4 (in the ruby CVS module)

Could someone who knows how to build svn in VC++ take a look and
give the ruby svn bindings another try?

In return, I can contribute with packaging it all up as a Rubygem once
I get the binaries.

Cheers,
Aslak
