Excellent - no problem getting any upstream issues dealt with, then! :-)

1.3Mb is.... remarkably small, I guess, given what it needs to contain.

I leave it to people more familiar with our Win32 distributions to
decide whether it's worth embedding it within them, but it seems
reasonable that we could host svnmerge.exe files in the 'Documents &
files' area on the website?

On an unrelated note: Please avoid cc-ing svnmerge@orcaware on threads
which are primarily for dev@svn, since the svnmerge list denies posting
from non-subscribers.
