tigris.org stopped archiving emails?

Hi,

As of 26th of april tigris.org stopped archiving all emails on the
subversion
projects mailing lists. In fact, it also stopped archiving them for
atleast the tortoisesvn project.

While we have other and better archives for dev@ and users@ lists, I'm
really interested in the archives of the svn@ and svn-breakage@ lists.

Can tigris.org archiving be reactivated? Or is there a special reason why
it can't?
