Yeah ok, you can.
Only it's extremely dumb to do that, that's what I meant.

I'll have to try and find some of the discussions Erik talk about,
because currently I cannot fathom a scenario where you are unable to
apply svn:needs-lock on the binary files in your repo (or would want
not to)...
