I noticed a file in the download area called svn-1.3.1-setup.exe it says
modified by josander on Wednesday, April 19, 2006 at 12:39:45 PM
However, I didn't see an announcement anywhere. Is this the correct one,
or the one that you mentioned isnt quite right?
