I think this changeset feature would be interesting enough to be
enabled by default, especially if the output isn't altered if you
don't use the feature.

So that the output remains script-friendly, displaying changeset names
should be disableable, and svn stat should have an option like
--only-changeset <foo> to restrict output to a given changeset, but
with the current format (ie. no reprinting of the selected changeset
name).

I realize that this is a problem on the backward compatibility of
output front, but it is the best solution I can see for both users and
scripts going forward.
