That is what the original patch did, at least I understand it, and what
Paul intends to do. Basically, none of the existing local files would be
touched in any way. Files that do not exist in the repository would just
show as unversioned locally. Files that are different would show as
modified. Files that do not exist locally but do in the repository would
be added locally and show as unmodified.
