I don't think that this is something that is just going to bite developers. Any
machine with insufficient entropy (for whatever reason) is going to have
problems with this. In many cases, the machine might work fine for normal usage
and only block when running the test suite; in fact this was the case here, I
could apparently use the svn _client_ just fine, but I could not create a
repository.

It is likely to be a very uncommon situation these days (since it seems like all
desktop motherboards come with integrated sound cards). But, I'll try to work
up a suitable FAQ entry..
