Is this supposed to be the final tarball we send out to users? The
only reason I ask is that it looks like the changes file is
incomplete... It
currently has at the top:

(xx March 2006, from /branches/1.3.x)

Looks like someone meant to fill in that xx with a date...

Other than that, things look fine, passes all tests, 3x2, plus
check-swig-pl, check-swig-py, and check-swig-rb on FreeBSD. Will send
my signature once I'm clear that this is the actual tarball to be
signing...
