1.3.0: svn -R does not list deleted folders

Subversion currently does not list deleted folders. The bug can be
seen in the TortoiseSVN 1.3-RC1, when you try to browse the repository
for a folder that is deleted in HEAD but exists in a previous
revision.

According to Stefan Küng, this bug can be shown in the command line
client as well, using this command:

svn ls -r 13309 -v
http://svn.collab.net/repos/svn/branches/wc-replacements@13309

Can anybody verify this bug with a 1.3.0 release (I can't because
there is no SVN 1.3.0 windows binary available). The 1.2.0 client
correctly displays the foder.
Stefan also told me that this big is already fixed in trunk but might
not be backported into the 1.3 branch yet.

It would be very nice if this bug could be fixed in the next 1.3 release!

Norbert
