So far, I have collected 5 binding signatures for both the .tar.gz and .tar.bz2,
all testing a more than adequate combination of modes and operating systems.

For the windows zip file, I have collected 1 binding sig (Ben Collins-Sussman)
and one non-binding sig (Mark Phippard). We need two more binding win32
signatures before rc7 can go public. I am told that eh, brane and djh at least
could provide these two missing signatures. If this is the case, well... Uh...
*ping*, if you have time to run rc7 through the motions, that'd be great :-)
