darix pointed out I typo'd the above...that should've been the help
text for 'svnlook help proplist':

proplist (plist, pl): usage: svnlook proplist REPOS_PATH [PATH_IN_REPOS]
...
  --revprop : operate on a revision property (use with -r or -t)
