The JavaSVN license requires that you also distribute source for not only
the software that uses the JavaSVN library, but also the source code for
"any accompanying software that uses the software that uses JavaSVN".

Apart from being completely unclear (there's no definition of what the
first mention of 'uses' might mean; the second is fairly well understood
by reference to derivative works), it's also way beyond what the GPL
requires, and is most definitely not GPL compatible.
