Given the popularity and usefulness of Wiki's for collaboration doesn't it
stand to reason that CollabNet will likely add a Wiki to CEE in some
future version? If it is on their roadmap couldn't we just wait until it
makes it's way to tigris.org?

Of course the hard part here is getting CollabNet to provide their plans
in this area. It seems like there are a lot of projects at tigris.org
that could benefit from a Wiki.
