Tigris runs Tomcat, IIRC. But we can't go installing Wikis
willy-nilly there -- that's a CollabNet-owned-and-operated box. We
(meaning, those of us CollabNet employees with admin access to it)
could setup something on svn.collab.net though. It's not currently
running a servlet container of any sort, but I doubt such would be
terribly hard to setup.
