Nice. That's one big blocker out of the way!

So, let's see what remains. Obviously, we have the voting for everything
in STATUS. Also:

 * Potential build problem with the perl bindings, waiting for John to
get back to us on this.
 * Itou with the Ruby bindings, waiting for the word on that by Garrett.
 * JavaHL support for the DOT_NET_HACK.

About this last point: could a JavaHL dev ping here about this and do
the fix? I have zero knowledge of Java, so can't do this myself.
However, if this ends up being the only blocker to the release, I think
we'll have to go ahead and roll without it, despite the obvious loss
that would be.
