It shouldn't be difficult, but mod_dav_svn and the URL crunching
functions were designed with (0,1)-depth in mind, so there may be
repercussions throughout mod_dav_svn. Long story short, it won't be in
1.3.0, but it's slated for some time in the future.

If you need something in a hurry, take a look at how mod_macro and
mod_perl can help you build a large configuration automatically.

Of course, patches always welcome! ;-)
