Re: More on possible problem with Neon 0.25.0 [was Re: 1.3.0 RC1 ready to be rolled]

Won't this break building subversion if a neon 0.25.4 bugfix release
comes along? In other words should configure check for neon = 0.24.7
or 0.25.x with x >= 1?
