I am not quite sure about that, because all other operations log the
user name correctly. Commits, copy, rename operations all are done
with the correct user name. So I believe the user name should be
present during the propset operation as well. I even tried a "svn pe
svn:log --revprop -R 10 --user nunterberg" and that did not work.

Or does svn behave differently with revision properties?
